The Manager (Legal) of the petitioner present in Court along with the counsel has handed over a cheque for Rs.80,568/- to the respondent present in Court along with the counsel in satisfaction of the award along with up to date interest.

This writ petition is disposed of as satisfied. Pending applications are also disposed of.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the petitioner be directed to refund the security deposit of Rs.5,000/- to the respondent. It is further submitted that the respondent is not aware of his ESIC and EPF account number and the necessary details be furnished to respondent to enable him to approach the concerned authorities. 4.

Let the respondent approach the petitioner whereupon the petitioner shall refund the security deposit of Rs.5,000/- to the respondent and shall also furnish the particulars of the relevant ESIC and EPF accounts. The By:RAJENDER SINGH KARKI 13:38:18

petitioner shall also assist the respondent in completing the necessary formalities in respect of the said account.
