% 29.03.2017 Petitioner no.2 has been produced from Sanskar Ashram for Girls, Dilshad Garden. Ms. Rao, the learned ASC has counselled petitioner no.2 as well as her parents. Petitioner no.2 is now agreeable to return with her parents. The understanding is that once in every fortnight at predetermined time mutually agreed between the petitioner no.1 and petitioner no.2 and her father, the petitioners would be able to meet and spend time together in a public park situated close to the residence of petitioner no.2. The fathers of petitioner no.1 and petitioner no.2 shall also remain in the park but not within the hearing distance of the parties.
The parents of petitioner no.2 who are present in court undertakes to the Court that they shall not take petitioner no.2 out of Delhi without her consent and they shall also not get her married to any other person without her consent. She shall not be married before she attains the age of 18 years. The Child Welfare Committee of Sanskar Ashram for Girls, Dilshad Garden shall from time to time monitor with regard to the safety and well being of petitioner no.2 by visiting her residence and interact with her.
