It is submitted by learned counsel for the plaintiff that the plaintiff only wants to examine one witness, namely, Mr. S.N. Pant whose affidavit has already been filed and copy supplied in advance to learned counsel for the defendant, which is otherwise not on record. Counsel for the plaintiff is directed to take appropriate steps to have the same placed on record before the next date of hearing.
