Writ Petition under Article 226 of Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 ('BNSS') has been filed on behalf of the Petitioner, for quashing of FIR No.0030/2023 under Sections 465/467/471 IPC, registered at PS: Naraina, Delhi and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom, in terms of Mediation Settlement dated 29.10.2025.

Learned APP for the State and learned Counsel for Respondent No.3 appearing on advance Notice, accept Notice.

As per the FIR, allegations made against the Petitioner were with regard to business transactions between the Petitioner and Complainant / The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

It is further submitted that on 30.01.2023, on Complaint of Respondent No.3, FIR No.0030/2023 under Sections 465/467/471 IPC was registered at PS: Naraina, Delhi.

It is submitted that present FIR was a consequence of the business transaction disputes between the Petitioner and Respondent No.3. It is stated that the Petitioner and Respondent No.3 have amicably settled all the disputes and differences between them vide Mediation Settlement dated 29.10.2025.

The parties are present in the Court and have been identified by the IO. The parties submit that they have arrived at the settlement without any force, coercion and undue influence and pressure and they have signed the Mediation Settlement dated 29.10.2025 with their free wish and will. 7.

Learned Counsel for Petitioner submits that the parties have no grievance against each other. Since Respondent No.3 has already made a statement before the Court that he does not want to pursue the proceedings in FIR, the present Petition be allowed and FIR No.0030/2023 be quashed. 8.

In view of Mediation Settlement dated 29.10.2025, present Writ Petition has been filed.

Respondent No.3 is present and submits that he has no grievance against the Petitioner and also no objection to the quashing of FIR. 10.

In view of the fact that the FIR in question was premised upon a business transaction dispute between the Petitioner and Respondent No.3, which has been amicably resolved in terms of Mediation Settlement dated 29.10.2025. Considering the fact that Respondent No.3 has also given no objection to the quashing of FIR, no fruitful purpose would be served in The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.

continuing with the proceedings arising out of the FIR. 11.

Consequently, FIR No.0030/2023 under Sections 465/467/471 IPC, registered at PS: Naraina, Delhi and all consequential proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.
