The present petition seeks the following reliefs: "i. Call for record and issue, inter alia, writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus and/or certiorari directing cancellation/suspension of Look Out Circular (LOC) issued against the petitioner by the respondent in ECIR/STF/23/2024 dated 23.12.2024.

ii. Pass any such other writ or order(s) as it may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice.."

Enforcement, states that as on date, the record does not reflect any Look Out Circular request initiated by the Directorate of Enforcement against the Petitioner in ECIR/STF/23/2024.

In view of the aforesaid statement, no further directions are required to be passed in the present petition. In the event the ED, at any subsequent stage, considers it necessary to issue a Look Out Circular, the Petitioner shall have the rights to assail such action, in accordance with law. 4.

Accordingly, the present petition is disposed of along with pending application.
