By way of the present petition, the petitioner is seeking extension of parole granted to the petitioner vide order dated 09.09.2025 in W.P.(CRL.) 2034/2025.

Issue notice. Ms. Rupali Bandhopadhya, the learned ASC accepts notice on behalf of the State.

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the parole granted to the petitioner was extended for a period of two weeks after the expiry vide The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. order dated 16.10.2025. Further, it was extended for four weeks vide order dated 31.10.2025 in the present petition. It is stated that thereafter, the petitioner had suffered an accident on 10.11.2025 and got injuries on his spine. Presently, the petitioner is under treatment and is unable to walk. Therefore, it is prayed that the parole granted to the petitioner in case arising out of FIR bearing no. 94/2001, registered at Police Station Delhi Cantt., New Delhi for the offences punishable under Sections 397/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter 'IPC') be extended further. 6.

This Court has heard arguments addressed on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned APP for the State and has perused the material available on record.

Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the present case and the fact that the petitioner is undergoing treatment, this Court is inclined to extend the parole granted to the petitioner vide order dated 09.09.2025 in W.P.(CRL.) 2034/2025, for a period of two weeks from date, on the same terms and conditions.

The petitioner herein is directed to surrender after expiry of the parole.

In view of the above, the present petition stands disposed of. 10.
