Through the present petition, the petitioner seeks parole for a period of eight weeks.

Learned ASC for the State submits that the petitioner's application for parole was rejected vide order dated 30.09.2025 on the ground that one of the co-accused persons was also out on furlough during the same period. 3.

Learned ASC submits that the co-accused is no longer out on parole. 4.

The petitioner is granted liberty to file a fresh application for parole. Let the same be decided on its own merits.

The petition stands disposed of on the aforesaid terms. 6.
