The same is enclosed with the application. The application is allowed and the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the settlement. Learned counsel for the parties state that the original mediation report should be kept in the file of CS (OS) No.680/2013. The Registry is directed to keep a photocopy of the settlement agreement in this file and place the original settlement agreement in CS (OS) No.680/2013. The said exercise be completed by the Registry within two days. A copy of the order be given dasti under signature of the Court Master.
