% 16.10.2017 CM No. 36301/2017 (Direction) It is an application seeking extension of time for a period of three years from 28.9.2017 for raising construction of the building, sanctioned building plans whereof, are valid till 22.5.2022. Mr.

Chandiok, ld. Sr. Counsel for the applicants-petitioners submits that construction activity has already commenced.

Advertance is also made to para 12 of the order dated 28.6.2015 passed in WP(C) 1931/2015, whereunder, time was extended for two years with effect from the date of removal of encroachments from the subject land. In totality of the facts and circumstances, especially, the fact that the building plans are valid till 2022 and the construction activity

has already commenced, the prayer is granted and the time for construction is extended for three years, as prayed. Application stands disposed off accordingly.
