CRL.M.C. 1274/2017 This is a petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. filed on behalf of the petitioner for direction to the Trial Court of Shri R.K.Meena, Ld. ASJ, Dwarka Courts, New Delhi in case State vs.

Jitender @ Jittu, in FIR No.631/2014, under Sections 364A/394/397/34 IPC, SC No.0440594/2016 registered with Police Station Chhawla for early disposal of case and recording of prosecution evidence in time-bound period of six month.

Notice. Learned APP for the State accepts notice and on instructions submits that the charge has already been framed on 17th May, 2016 and now the case is fixed for recording the evidence of prosecution witnesses and the alleged victim and the material witnesses will be examined within due course of time.

In view of the submissions made by learned APP for the State, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw the present petition.

In view of the submission made by counsel for the petitioner, the prayer is allowed and the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
