The Registrar's order on 12th January, 2018, states that no steps have been taken to serve the Respondent and none appeared for the Appellant for the last three hearings. st September, 2016, 22nd Appellant has also not appeared on 01 November, 2016, 22nd February, 2017, 08th May, 2017, 04th September, 2017, 7th November, 2017 and 12th January, 2018. It appears that the Appellant is no longer interested in prosecuting the matter. The same may is dismissed for non-prosecution.
