% 19.08.2016 Petitioner has prayed in this writ petition that orders dated 28th October, 2015 and 3rd March, 2016, passed by SDM Court, Hauz Khas in the proceedings under Section 145 Cr.P.C. be set aside. It is noted that order dated 28th October, 2015 passed by SDM has already been assailed before the Sessions Court by filing Cr.No.105/2016, which is pending before the Court of Shri Sudesh Kumar, ASJ-03, South East, Saket and date fixed in the matter is 22nd August, 2016 for final hearing.

Accordingly, this writ petition is not being entertained. However, learned revisional court is directed to dispose of the revision expeditiously and preferably within three months.
