% 31.05.2017 Crl.M.A. 9803/2017 in Crl.Rev.P.208/2016 The applicant had been a surety for Mr.Pradeep Jain, the revisionist. The revision petition no.208/2016 has been disposed of and the sentence which was awarded to the revisionist/petitioner was reduced to two months, which he had already undergone when the order was passed. The applicant, therefore, has requested for cancellation of the endorsement on the FDR deposits by him so that it could be used by him. Without cancelling the endorsement on the FDR, it cannot be encashed or reused for any other purpose.

Taking into account the aforesaid facts, the concerned Registrar is directed to cancel the endorsement on the FDR after verifying all the facts. For the aforesaid purpose, the applicant shall produce himself along

with the original copy of the FDR before the concerned Registrar on 11.07.2017, when necessary orders shall be passed after verifying all facts. The application is disposed of.
