% 30.10.2018 Respondent nos.2 and 3 are present in Court and have been identified by SI Manohar Lal of police station Hari Nagar. They submit that they have settled the matter with the petitioners of their own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion before Delhi Mediation Cell, Tis Hazari Courts vide Settlement /Agreement dated 11th January, 2017 and in view thereof, they have no objection in case FIR No.367/2015 under Sections 420/467/468/471/120B/34 IPC registered at police station Hari Nagar and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed against the petitioners.
Keeping in mind the settlement arrived at between the
petitioners and respondent nos.2 and 3 voluntarily, in my view, no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the FIR pending. Accordingly, aforesaid FIR and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed against the petitioners. Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
