Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant has not deposited the balance award amount as Form 15G of the Income Tax Rules was not given by respondent no.1.

Respondent no.1 present in court has handed over Form 15G as well as PAN card to the appellant's counsel today in Court.

Let the balance award amount in terms of the judgment dated 10th August, 2017 be deposited by the appellant within a period of three weeks from today. The appellant shall also file the computation of interest along with the proof of deposit before this Court before the next date of hearing. 3.

Mr. Naresh Kumar Garg, Deputy Manager, State Bank of India, Tis Hazari Court Branch present in Court submits that all the FDRs of Shakuntla Devi mentioned in para 11 of the judgment dated 10th August, 2017 have

matured and the amount has been transferred to her account on 29th December, 2014.

Shakuntla Devi present in court has produced the passbook of her savings bank A/c No.50402196663 with Allahabad Bank, Pandawla Khurd (IFSC Code: ALLA0213262).

Allahabad Bank, Pandavala Khurd is directed not to issue any cheque book or debit card to respondent no.1 and if the same has already been issued, the same be cancelled before the next date of hearing. Respondent no.1 shall approach the Allahabad Bank before the next date of hearing along with the copy of this order whereupon Allahabad Bank is directed to make an endorsement on the passbook. The original passbook containing the endorsement be produced before this Court on the next date of hearing.

List for disbursement of the balance amount on 11th October, 2017. 6.

Copy of this order be given dasti to counsels for the parties under signatures of the Court Master.
