During the course of arguments, it was informed by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that in compliance of the order dated 14.03.2016, the petitioner has since joined the investigation. 3.

The present petition has been preferred under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of the order dated 07.05.2015 by which proceedings under Section 82 Cr.P.C. were initiated against the petitioner. Since the petitioner has joined the investigation pursuant to the order dated 14.03.2016, the proceedings initiated under Section CRL.M.C. 1038/2016

82 Cr.P.C. vide order dated 7.5.2015 are recalled. 4.

The petitioner shall continue to join the investigation as and when required. He shall avail remedies available in law to seek bail etc.

The petition stands disposed of in the above terms. All pending application(s) also stand disposed of.
