% 26.05.2016 The present petition has been filed under Section 482 read with Section 427 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for issuing of order directing the respondent/State to run the sentences concurrently in the cases arising out of FIR No.123/2013 registered at Police Station Karawal Nagar & FIR No.374/1993 registered at Police Station Trilok Puri.

Notice of this petition was issued on 18th March, 2016. Thereafter, on 16th May, 2016, the nominal roll of the petitioner was directed to be called for.

The nominal roll of the petitioner has been received from the

Superintendent, Jail which reflects that both the sentences imposed upon the petitioner were to run concurrently. Consequently, no relief needs to be granted in the present petition.

The present petition is, therefore, dismissed as being rendered infructuous.
