% 21.05.2018 In terms of our order dated 05.04.2018, Mr. Malhotra submits that the necessary orders had been obtained from the Superior Court of Stamford dated 14.05.2018. He has produced before this Court the certified copy of the said order with the seal of the Court affixed. Mr. Malhotra has also produced the complete and entire transcript of the proceedings held before the Court on 14.05.2018. The same show that the motion of the petitioner made post our judgment dated 06.03.2018 has been accepted and the conditions imposed by us in our judgment dated 06.03.2018 stand incorporated by the American Court in its own order. The affidavit dated 02.04.2018 filed by the petitioner in compliance of our judgment dated 06.03.2018 has been accepted and incorporated by the American Court in its
order. Not only that, the ESCROW furnished by the petitioner too has been accepted by the said Court.
Thus, the obligations imposed upon the petitioner by this Court in our judgment dated 06.03.2018 have also been accepted by the American Court as the obligations to be fulfilled by the petitioner.
In view of the aforesaid, we are satisfied that the petitioner has complied with all the conditions imposed upon him, vide our judgment dated 06.03.2018. In these circumstances, we now direct respondent No. 2 to return to USA alongwith the minor children, namely, Baby Ishnoor and Master Paramvir within three weeks from today, failing which the said minor children shall be handed over to the petitioner alongwith their respective passports to be taken to USA without any further orders. The petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. Copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
