% 15.03.2017 Present contempt petition has been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 22nd May, 2015 passed in EFA (OS) 7/2014 and the orders dated 9th July, 2015 and 18th November, 2015 passed in Cont. Cas. (C) 683/2013 wherein respondents undertook to pay the arrears of Sixth Pay Commission in five equal instalments.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in pursuance to the aforesaid orders, no amount has been paid to the petitioner till date. On the other hand, learned counsel for respondent-School states that the petitioner is a retired Principal who was not a party either to EFA(OS) 7/2014 or Cont. Cas.(C) 683/2013.

He points out that, in fact, the petitioner's writ petition being W.P.(C) 12016/2015 was disposed of vide order dated 21st December, 2015 with a direction that as and when the petitioner files a representation, the same would be decided by the respondent-School within a period of six weeks by way of a reasoned order.

A perusal of the paper book reveals that petitioner's representation dated 28th January, 2016 has not been disposed of by the respondent-School till date.

Consequently, present contempt petition and application are disposed of with a direction to President/General Secretary of the respondent-School to decide the petitioner's representation dated 28th January, 2016 within a period of four weeks by way of a reasoned order. MANMOHAN, J MARCH 15, 2017 rn
