A perused of the record reveals that vide Order dated 10.04.2024, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner was discharged in this matter at his request on the ground that he had no instructions from the petitioner. Thereafter, the court notice was issued to the petitioner.

Since then, none has been appearing for the petitioner despite the service of court notice.

In view of the aforesaid, it appears that the petitioner is not interested in pursuing the present petition. Accordingly, the same is dismissed in default for non-prosecution. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
