In the present case, only the stamp paper i.e. the first page of the agreement is signed by the respondents and not all the pages of the Loan Agreement.

Ms. Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner, very fairly states that in this view of the matter, she wishes to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a civil suit on the same cause of action. In case the respondents take an objection in the civil suit proposed to be filed by the petitioner that there is an arbitration agreement between the parties, she may be granted liberty to file a fresh Section 11 petition. 3.
