This petition has been filed seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 646/2024 dated 8th November, 2024 registered at Police Station Pahar Ganj, under Sections 308(2)/127(2)/3(5), Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 2.
Leaned counsel for the Petitioner states that in compliance with the order dated 09.12.2024, the Petitioner has duly joined the investigation and furnished all relevant documents and information to the Investigating Officer (IO).

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor on the instructions of the IO as well confirms that the Petitioner has joined the investigation and has provided all the information as sought from him. 4.
He states that a charge-sheet against the co-accused namely Supriya and Junaid Alam stands filed.

The relevant facts have already been recorded in order dated 09.12.2024.

In light of the above, the Court is of the considered opinion that the Petitioner is entitled to anticipatory bail.

Consequently, in the event of arrest, the Petitioner be released on bail on furnishing a personal bond for the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety of the like amount subject to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/IO/SHO concerned. Further subject to the condition that the Petitioner will join investigation as and when directed and not influence any witness/complainant or tamper with evidence of the case. And, the Petitioner will not visit or venture anywhere in the vicinity of the complainant. 8.
Accordingly, the petition stands disposed of. Pending applications (if any) stands disposed of as infructuous.

A copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of the Court Master.
