Although the present application, being CRL.M.(BAIL) 237/2026 has been filed today seeking grant of interim bail, and the regular bail application of the applicant, being BAIL APPLN. 4373/2025, is already scheduled to be listed on 16.02.2026, Mr. Deepak Prakash, learned counsel for the applicant, submits that the applicant wishes to withdraw BAIL APPLN. 4373/2025, as he is inclined to approach the learned Special Court.

At his request, BAIL APPLN. 4373/2025 is taken on Board and dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above submission.
