Petitioner seeks early hearing of his bail application which is coming up for consideration on 23.02.2026.

Since, learned APP for State is also present with IO, the date is pre-poned and the matter is taken up today itself.

The application stands disposed of.

Petitioner seeks regular bail in FIR No. 0518/2025 under Sections 109(1)/3(5) BNS Act (corresponding Sections 307/34 IPC) registered at P.S. Govind Puri.

The reason assigned is two-fold.

Firstly, applicant is indisposed, which fact can be verified by seeking a report from the Jail Hospital and secondly, the injured i.e. complainant Kasif is present today and he has no objection if bail is granted to the applicant. 7.

SI Ravi Yadav-IO is present and identifies injured Kasif. 8.

The Court has made inquiries from complainant Kasif who submits that he would have no objection if the bail is granted to the applicant who is in BAIL APPLN. 4375/2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. custody since 21.09.2025. He also submits that he is not under any kind of threat, coercion and or force from anyone whatsoever and he is making the aboveaid statement voluntarily.

Chargesheet has, reportedly, been filed and the alleged stab injuries were inflicted by the son of the applicant who being a Juvenile in the conflict with Law (JCL) is already, reportedly, on bail. 10.

Keeping in mind the overall facts of the case and without expressing any opinion of the merit of the case, petitioner-Sanjay, is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing personal bond in a sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety of like amount subject to the satisfaction of learned Trial Court/CMM/Duty Magistrate with one condition that applicant-Sanjay shall not come in contact with the complainant or any other witnesses, directly or indirectly.

The application stands disposed of in aforesaid terms. 12.

A copy of this Order be immediately sent to the learned Trial Court and Jail Superintendent for information and necessary compliance. 13.

The next date stands cancelled.
