The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 0246/2025 of PS Ghazipur, Delhi for offence under Sections 74/75(2) BNS and Section 8 of POCSO Act. After addressing partly, learned counsel for accused/applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file afresh before the trial court after examination of public witnesses.
