O R D E R

All the three applicants seek anticipatory bail in FIR No.0218/2025 dated 03.05.2025, for commission of offences under Sections 115(2)/118/109(2)/3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 (BNS) (corresponding Sections 323/324/307/34 IPC) and Section 27 of Arms Act, 1959, registered at P.S. Mansarovar Park.

When these applications were taken up by learned Predecessor Bench on 17.11.2025 and on 16.12.2025, while issuing notice and directing status reports to be filed, there was also direction to police to not take any coercive action against the applicants, subject to their joining investigation. 3.

Learned APP for the State, on instructions, from the I.O. submits that all the three applicants have already joined the investigation. She submits that CCTV footage has been obtained from the nearby locations and as far as present three applicants are concerned, though they are visible in such CCTV footage, it does not indicate that them to be armed with any weapon as such. She, however, submits that the attack was a planned one. She, however, does admit that the injuries were, eventually, found to be simple in nature. 4.

co-accused are already on regular bail, including the one who was, allegedly, in possession of firearm.

Learned counsel for applicants submits that none of the applicants has any previous involvement of any nature, whatsoever, and they all are in their twenties.

Keeping in mind the overall facts of the case and the fact that all the applicants, who are having clean antecedents, have already joined the investigation to the satisfaction of prosecution, the interim order is made absolute and, as and when, the applicants are arrested, the concerned SHO/I.O./arresting officer shall release them on bail on their furnishing personal bond and surety bond in a sum of Rs. 25,000/- each. 7.

Applications stand disposed of.
