% 05.09.2017 It is submitted that petitioner and respondent no.2 have settled their disputes amicably before Mediation Centre, Saket Courts, Delhi on 23rd February, 2017, therefore, FIR No. 1134/2014 under Sections 354/354A/34 IPC registered at police station Kotla Mubarak Pur on the complaint of respondent no.2 and consequent proceedings emanating therefrom, may be quashed.

Respondent no.2 is present in Court with her counsel and has been identified by SI Raj Kumar. Respondent no.2 admits having settled the matter with the petitioner of her own free will and without any undue force, pressure or coercion. It is submitted that petitioner

and respondent no.2 were living in the same area. Petitioner had caught hold of hand of respondent no.2 which had led to the registration of FIR. Now petitioner has apologised for his actions and the respondent no.2 has pardoned the petitioner. Respondent no.2 says that she has no objection in case FIR is quashed. Petitioner has a long career ahead him being a student. Keeping in view the facts of this case, as noted hereinabove, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 1134/2014 under Sections 354/354A/34 IPC registered at police station Kotla Mubarak Pur is quashed, in view of the settlement.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.
