By way of these applications, the applicants seek anticipatory bail in connection with FIR No. 135/2025 dated 11.05.2025, registered at Police Station Laxmi Nagar, District East, Delhi for the offences BAIL APPLN. 4382/2025 & connected matters.

After some argument, Mr. Kuber Boddh, learned counsel for the applicants, seeks permission to withdraw these anticipatory bail applications in view of fact that the applicants were declared proclaimed persons by the order of learned Magistrate's Court on 06.11.2025. 3.

The bail applications, alongwith pending applications if any, are dismissed as withdrawn, without prejudice to any rights and remedies available to the applicants in law.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any comments on the merits of the matter.
