By way of the present application, the applicant is seeking extension of interim bail for a period of 60 days on medical grounds, in case arising out of FIR bearing no. 155/2022 registered at Police Station I.P. Estate, Delhi for the commission of offences punishable under Sections 372/373/376(D)/109/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (hereafter 'IPC'), Sections 6/7/21 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (hereafter 'POCSO') and Sections 3/4/5/6 of the Immoral Traffic (Prevention) Act, 1956 (hereafter 'ITP Act'). 2.
