TR.P.(C.) 36/2016 The order passed by the District Judge dated 29.02.2016 has been perused. Both the parties were represented before the District Judge on that date. The impugned order arises out of a suit which has been filed by the plaintiff for recovery. It was noted that the area in relation to which the defendant had indicated to have notified tender as per para 3 of the plaint (as mentioned in the impugned order) is Janta House at the land between Kalyan Vihar falling within the jurisdiction of Police Station Model Town i.e. the North District. Accordingly, in terms of the Notification No.27187/DHC/ORGl. Dated 24.1.2015, the matter be

transferred from the South District to the North District. Parties to appear before the learned District Judge South District (Saket Courts) on 07.4.2016 who will pass appropriate orders of transfer to the North District.

Petition disposed of.
