% 14.03.2016 CA 292/2016 Mr. Chaudhary, who appears for the OL, says that the subject property has been sealed by the SDM, Rajauri Garden. Counsel for the applicant draws my attention to the communication dated 21.12.2015 issued by the said SDM which, inter alia, indicates that since the matter is pending before this court, de-sealing of the subject property cannot be done. Issue notice to the SDM, Rajauri Garden, Delhi. In addition, notice be served dasti as well.

OLR 66/2016 Mr. Chaudhary, who appears for the OL, says that no directions are sought for in the captioned report. The said statement is taken on record. The captioned report is, accordingly, disposed of. CO.PET. 248/2010

CA 1188/2014 This is an application moved by the OL to seek recovery of monies owed to the company (in liquidation) from one Mr. Sanjay Vajpayee. Issue fresh notice to the non-applicant, i.e. Mr. Sanjay Vajpayee. Notice be served through the concerned SHO.

Registry will ensure that the captioned application accompanies the notice.

CA 2922/2015 Mr. Chaudhary says that the application be stood over as he would want to have instructions as to whether the OL would want to press the captioned application.
