% 16.11.2018 As noted on the last date, NCLT on 6.6.2018 had appointed an IRP. Learned counsel for the petitioners state that they will file claims before the IRP and seek liberty to withdraw the present petitions with liberty to revive these petitions in case anything survives after the proceedings before the NCLT are concluded.

Granting leave and liberty the petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. At this stage, learned counsel for some of the petitioners submit that there are issues regarding limitation.

It would be open for the petitioners to file their claims before the IRP. In case, there is a delay, they may seek condonation of delay keeping in view the pendency of the present proceedings.. Any such request shall be dealt with by the IRP as per law.
