This suit is instituted on behalf of the Plaintiff seeking a decree of permanent injunction restraining the Defendants and all others acting on their behalf from using, manufacturing, selling, exporting, importing, offering for sale, distributing, advertising, directly or indirectly dealing in products relating to skin care, hair care and wellness products, bearing the marks / or any other mark deceptively similar to Plaintiff's registered /WOW marks as part of their logo, trading name, domain name, including www.wowking.in or in any other manner whatsoever, either online or offline, amounting to infringement and CS(COMM) 1093/2024 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. passing off of Plaintiff's registered marks, amongst other reliefs. 2.

During the pendency of the suit, parties were referred for mediation before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, where they have amicably settled their inter se disputes and executed a Settlement Agreement dated 15.04.2026, incorporating the terms of settlement. 3.

Court has perused the terms of settlement and finds the same to be lawful. Accordingly, the suit is decreed in terms of the Settlement Agreement between the parties, terms of which shall form a part of the decree and bind the parties thereto.

Registry is directed to draw up the decree sheet. 5.

Suit along with pending applications stands disposed of. 6.

Plaintiff is held entitled to refund of entire court fees in accordance with Court Fees Act, 1870.
