Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has complied with the order dated 22.03.2018 and has been paying maintenance @ of Rs.27,691 per month to his wife and child w.e.f. January, 2018 till date.

After addressing arguments for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, states that he does not wish to press the present petition for the reason that the petitioner was, in any case, to revert back to his parent cadre at the end of October, 2018. 4.
