1. The present petition has been listed after being circulated in the typed supplementary list.

2. Vide the present petition filed under Articles 226 & 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner, who is a member of the Airliners Co-operative Group Housing Society Ltd., Plot No. 27, Sector-10, Dwarka, New Delhi, inter alia seeks a direction to the respondentDelhi Cooperative Societies, Govt. of NCT of Delhi at Parliament Street, New Delhi to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 14.11.2024 as per law.

3. Despite advance service, none appears for the respondent.

instructions from the petitioner who is present in Court, submits that for the present, the petitioner would be satisfied in case the respondent were directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 14.11.2024 in a time bound manner.

5. In the light of this limited prayer being sought by the petitioner, we dispose of the petition alongwith pending applications by directing the respondent to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the petitioner's representation dated 14.11.2024 within a period of three months from today.

6. Needless to state, this direction will not be read as this Court having found merit in the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner or regarding the manner in which the respondent ought to deal with the petitioner's representation. We further make it clear that in case the petitioner is aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent, it will be open for him to seek legal recourse, as permissible in law.
