This writ petition has been preferred seeking the institution of an inquiry on a complaint which has been made by the writ petitioner against one „M/s Asian Electronics‟.

Bearing in mind the indubitable position that the Returns of M/s Asian Electronics shall in any case be liable to be reviewed and examined by the concerned Goods and Services Tax authorities in the course of any assessment that may be undertaken, we find no justification to issue the prerogative writs which have been prayed for.
