% 31.05.2018 The Registry has placed the present petition before me on receipt of letter No.SPA/15000/VK/02/E8 dated 10.05.2018 received from Mr.Vinay Kulkarni who had appointed as a Sole Arbitrator by this Court vide its order dated 24.04.2018.

Mr.Vinay Kulkarni has informed that his name has been wrongly recorded as Vijay Kulkarni in the order.

Order dated 24.04.2018 is accordingly corrected to record that Mr.Vinay Kulkarni has been appointed as a Sole Arbitrator. Copy of this order be communicated to the parties as also to Mr.Vinay Kulkarni.
