% 27.04.2016 The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the respondent No. 2 is not available in India, therefore he seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to take legal remedies before the Trial Court, as are available to him. In view of the aforesaid, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
