By this petition the petitioners seek anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 635/2016 under Sections 498A/304B IPC registered at PS Binda Pur, Delhi. 2.

Learned APP for the State on instructions submits that both the petitioners have been declared proclaimed offenders by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate on 22nd March, 2017.

Thus in view of the decisions of the Supreme Court reported as 2012

(8) SCC 730 Lavesh vs. State (NCT of Delhi) and 2014 (2) SCC 171 State of M.P. vs. Pradeep Sharma, no anticipatory bail can be granted to the petitioners. Bail application is dismissed.
