% 27.07.2016 The matter was taken second time. No one has appeared on behalf of respondent Nos.1, 5 to 9. Earlier respondent Nos.2 to 4 were also served as recorded in the order dated 10th May, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall take the necessary steps to invoke the arbitration within one week. Under these circumstances, interim order passed by order dated 14th March, 2016 shall continue during the pendency of the arbitration proceedings. Liberty is granted to the respondents to move an application under Section 17 of Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for modification/vacation of the said interim order before the Arbitrator, if so desired.

The petition is disposed of accordingly.
