2. With the consent of learned counsel for the parties, it is directed as follows:

(i) the parties are permitted to file any additional document in the arbitral proceedings;

(ii) the Respondents are permitted to file a copy of the rejoinder which was filed earlier in the arbitral proceedings; (iii) the parties are permitted to undertake a fresh exercise of admission/ denial of documents;

(iv) the parties are permitted to reconstruct the arbitral record.
