% 11.03.2016 CM No.9110/2016 (exemption) Exemption is allowed, subject to all just exceptions. W.P.(C) 2118/2016 & CM No.9109/2016(stay) Ms Mini Pushkarna, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the North Delhi Municipal Corporation, submits that the final decision is yet to be taken by the competent authority.

In this view of the matter, we direct that the present writ petition also be placed before the competent authority so that the complete picture is before the said authority prior to the decision being taken. She submits that the decision may take about four weeks.

We are, therefore, disposing of this writ petition by directing that the present petition be placed before the competent authority so that the final decision may be taken within the time suggested by the learned counsel for the respondent. In case the petitioners are aggrieved by the decision taken, it would be open to them to approach this Court.

The writ petition stands disposed of.
