% 21.11.2016 On 28th April, 2016 petitioner was released on parole for a period of four weeks. However, on completion of parole period petitioner did not surrender before the Superintendent Jail.

Accordingly, vide order dated 19th August, 2016, NBWs were ordered to be issued against the petitioner returnable for today. Deputy Superintendent, Central Jail No.2 has reported that petitioner has been re-arrested in another FIR 487/2016 under Sections 392/397/411/34 IPC and Section 25 Arms Act and has been admitted in Central Jail No.1 on 28th August, 2016. Thereafter, petitioner has been transferred to Jail No.2 on 10th September, 2016 to serve the remainder sentence. In view of above, no further orders are required to be passed. A.K. PATHAK, J.
