Learned counsel for the respondent No.1 submits that the respondent No.1 has deposited a sum of Rs.10,95,429/- with the Registrar General of this Court in terms of the order dated 28th April, 2016 and the said amount covers the enhancement by the judgment dated 03rd April, 2014. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is a short deposit of more than Rs.20 lakh which is disputed by learned counsel for respondent No.1.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that the contempt petition is not maintainable in view of the remedy of execution available to the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to execute the award in accordance with law. 5.

This petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 6.

The amount of Rs.10,95,429 /- deposited by the respondent No.1 with the Registrar General of this Court be released to the petitioners in terms of

the award dated 27th November, 2012.

Copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
