1. It is stated that the claim and counter-claims have been filed before the learned Arbitrator.

2. In that view of the matter, the Petitioner is permitted to file an application on the lines of the present petition under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 before the learned Arbitrator and to seek appropriate remedies including the one sought in this petition within ten days. It will be endeavour to be disposed of by the learned Arbitrator after hearing both the parties within a period of three months thereafter. All the objections of the O.M.P.(I) (COMM.) 75/2016

Respondents including objection as to the maintainability are left open to be agitated before the learned Arbitrator.
