% 01.04.2016 Petitioner has prayed in this writ petition that the respondent nos.1 & 2 be directed to take appropriate legal action against illegal and unauthorized construction done by the respondent no.3 & 4 in Khasra No.870/1 & 870/2, Village Rajokari, New Delhi.

Learned counsels for the respondent nos.1 & 2 have appeared on advance notice.

Learned counsel for the respondent no.1, on instruction from Mr. S. K. Jain, AE (Bldg.) submits that action has already been taken against the unauthorized construction noticed in the subject property. Demolition order has already been passed in February, 2016. It is submitted

that further action would be taken, in accordance with law expeditiously. Work stop notice has been issued to SHO PS Vasant Kunj, South. SHO PS Vasant Kunj, South is directed to provide the police assistance to the respondent no.1 on the dates notified by the respondent no.1 to him for taking action. Compliance report be filed within four weeks. Writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infrcutuous.
