% 25.05.2016 As per the facts stated in the writ petition, in view of the interim order passed by the Tribunal the respondent was considered for appointment but was not successful in the final result declared on 20th September, 2013. In these circumstances, we are not inclined to issue notice would leave the question of law open. If this issue arises before the Tribunal, it will be open to the petitioner to contest the plea raised. The petition is disposed of with above observations.
