% 31.05.2016 The present petition has been filed under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Reply has not been filed. Learned counsel for the respondent states that the respondent is ready to remove its tools, plants and equipments from the site within the period of six weeks provided that the petitioner shall not create any hindrance in the same. Learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly stated that the petitioner will not create any hindrance if the said goods are removed within six weeks. The respondent is agreeable to show a letter of authority at the time of removing the goods which may be removed either by the authorized representative of the respondent or by its manpower or any agency thereof. Let the same be done
within six weeks without any condition.
