The present application has been filed by the petitioner seeking following reliefs:

"(a) Direct the Respondent Nos. 1 & 2 to forthwith clarify that the Petitioner would not be refused permission to appear in the examination of the M.Phil Clinical Psychology course along with his batchmates for the academic year 2024-26 in the Respondent No. l institute, only on account of his delayed admission granted by the Respondents pursuant to the Order dated 12.02.2025 passed by this Hon'ble Court." 4.

petition filed by the petitioner vide order dated 12.02.2025 directing respondents to grant admission to the petitioner in M. Phil, Clinical Psychology Course (2024-2026) at IHBAS.

He submits that petitioner could not be granted admission immediately pursuant to the said order as respondent no. 3 (Rehabilitation Council of India) had not issued a license for petitioner's seat for the aforesaid course for the academic session 2024-2025. He submits that the said approval was communicated to respondent no.1 only on 17.04.2025. 6.

He submits that though the respondent no.1 is now willing to grant admission to the petitioner/applicant, however, the e-mail written by the Head, Department of Clinical Psychology, IHBAS, Delhi mentions that the examination related matters can be discussed only after petitioner joins the course.

He further submits that petitioner has been orally informed that since he is joining late, therefore, he may not be able to take the exams along with his batchmates. Hence, the petitioner has been constrained to file the present application.

In view of above, issue notice.
