This is a petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023 seeking quashing of the FIR No. 0670/2024 registered at PS Okhla Industrial Area under Sections 498A/406/354/323/34 of IPC, and the consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

It is stated that the dispute between the parties was a family dispute. During the pendency of the proceedings, the parties have arrived at an MoU dated 14.11.2024, wherein the parties have settled their disputes and are living together happily.

The petitioner is present in Court and has been identified by Mr. RP Pandey, learned counsel.

The respondent No.2 is also present in Court and has been identified by SI Vidhi, PS Okhla Industrial Area.

The parties state that they have arrived at an MoU out of their own free will and without any threat, pressure, coercion or undue influence. 6.

For the said reasons, the FIR No. 0670/2024 registered at PS Okhla Industrial Area under Sections 498A/406/354/323/34 of IPC, and all consequential proceedings arising therefrom are hereby quashed. 7.
